Refund policy

ALL WARRANTY ISSUES:

Although we build a very strong product, sometimes accidents happen. When it does, please send an email to:

This is the ONLY way a warranty claim will be addressed. In the email include:

Full name

Order number 

Machine make and model 

Issue 

Atleast 3 pictures of issue  

Warranty is only good for original purchaser of the product

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Warranty Exchanges
Each item includes a warranty that is specified in the item's description. All arm and rod components are covered by a lifetime warranty while items that are considered "wearable" are covered by a 15 day warranty. All warranty claims must be sent in for evaluation and are only available to the original purchaser. Warranty claims only result in exchanges, not refunds.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the return, and shipping fees will not be refunded. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to insure they are ordering the correct part for their machine.

 

Refunds
Once an order is placed, the only change that can be made is for a different model of equal or less value BEFORE being processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed for shipping, there will be NO refunds given, only store credit. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure they want the item/s before checking out.
